Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making an online appointment.
By completing a booking and submitting payment through our online system, you agree to be bound by the policies outlined below.
Booking
All appointments are confirmed via our online booking system. You will receive an automated booking confirmation email containing your appointment details. For special sessions like Sound Bath / Energy Healing not listed online, please WhatsApp us at 5573 5889.

Refund policy
All aura session sales are final. All sessions need to be prepaid.
All payments made through our online booking system are non-refundable.
We're unable to accommodate refunds, cancellations for any reasons (includes late arrival, no show, missed appointment, health issue, medical emergencies or sudden illness)
If you can't make your appointment, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend. Please refer to the transferring policy.
Rescheduling policy
24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Rescheduling: Any requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be accommodated. In this event, the appointment will be treated as a no-show, and your payment will be forfeited.
How to Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly within the permitted timeframe.
Transferring your session: If you cannot attend your session, you may transfer your appointment to a friend, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment time. You must email or message us at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute or unannounced substitute guests will not be accepted at the door.
Late arrival and No show policy
Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: To maintain the schedule for all clients, we cannot extend your session if you arrive late. The Solo or Duo Aura Photo Experience is exactly 15 minutes long. Because sessions run back-to-back and require precise preparation, your time slot cannot be extended under any circumstances.
If you arrive 5 to 10 minutes late, your photo will still be taken, but there will be no time remaining for your aura color explanation. By booking, you explicitly accept that arriving late forfeits your consultation time.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in an immediate no-show cancellation. Your session is automatically forfeited with no refund and no rescheduling.
No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, your booking will be canceled, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Changes to Terms
The Aura Lab HK reserves the right to amend these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
