Energy Healing

Everything in the universe is fundamentally made-up of energy and frequency. This session is curated to detox and recharge your body and mind, resetting the electrical vibration of the adrenal glands using specific frequencies of crystals, singing bowls and Koo-gan crystals (by Heal and Charge NZ) on and around the body.

Your adrenal glands take a constant beating from stress, lack of sleep, overworking and too much caffeine. This session shows them some love and hits the adrenal reset button, so you can be a calmer, more focused, version of yourself.
